Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our DevSecOps-driven team, responsible for managing and optimizing large-scale cloud environments across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS. The role involves ensuring infrastructure availability, reliability, and scalability while enabling automation, monitoring, and continuous delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize customer cloud environments, encompassing hundreds of servers and multi-cloud services.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) for deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines with integrated security gates to support secure software delivery.
  • Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to automate audits, normalize telemetry, and enforce secure SDLC practices.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance, availability, and incident response.
  • Support cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and adoption of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux administration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (e.g., ELK/Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk).
  • Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and integrating security in the pipeline.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
