Roles & Responsibilities

As the Salesforce/CloudSense Technical Lead, you will play a vital role in driving digital transformation projects by leveraging Salesforce and CloudSense CPQ technologies. You will provide technical direction, ensure best practices are followed, and align solution architecture with broader business strategies. This role is key in delivering scalable CRM and Order Management systems that support the entire customer lifecycle for enterprise telecommunications clients. Key focus areas include CRM, product configuration, order orchestration, and enterprise-level order management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to design, implementation, and deployment.
  • Take ownership of technical delivery for all Salesforce and CloudSense features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Establish and uphold DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
  • Design and implement CloudSense CPQ solutions involving product configuration, order flows, and advanced order management for telecom use cases.
  • Align CRM and Order Management solutions with strategic business goals in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues across all environments (sandbox, staging, production) and lead root cause analysis with preventive recommendations.
  • Work with enterprise architects, analysts, QA teams, and vendors to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and regulatory compliance through monitoring and proactive support.
  • Provide post-launch support and lead continuous improvement efforts.
  • Be hands-on with solution implementation and proof-of-concepts for Salesforce/CloudSense integrations or related technologies.
  • Offer expertise in tender evaluations when needed.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of CloudSense CPQ, including product modeling and pricing logic.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community Clouds, along with custom development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes on Salesforce platforms, including CI/CD, version control, and test automation.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integrations with APIs, middleware, and legacy systems.
  • Experience working in microservices-based environments.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and changing business environments.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience, especially in supporting junior engineers.
  • Relevant Salesforce and/or CloudSense certifications are a strong plus.
