We are looking for a professional and service-minded Butler to provide hospitality and household support at a corporate guest residence. The role requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for visiting executives, partners, and VIP guests.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalised butler services to corporate guests, ensuring their comfort and needs are well attended to
- Oversee dining and beverage service, guest reception, and event hosting at the residence
- Coordinate household operations including inventory management, table settings, and vendor/service liaison
- Assist with travel arrangements, packing/unpacking, and logistics support for guests
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and service excellence at all times
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality, private households, or guest services (corporate or high-profile clientele preferred)
- Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and hosting protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance, discretion, and adaptability to changing schedules
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays if required
