Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer (QA System) to provide technical support and maintain integrated application lifecycle management systems. The role involves ensuring system stability, resolving incidents, supporting user adoption, and driving improvements in workflows and processes.

Location: Nearest MRT, (Kembangan)

Salary: Up to $6,500

Duration: 24 month contract

Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support services for DevSecOps/Integrated Application Lifecycle Management (iALM) system.
  • Monitor and maintain iALM applications and infrastructure across production and non-production environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents raised by users in line with SLA.
  • Create and manage DevSecOps workflows based on ALM processes.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts and profiles.
  • Liaise with IT support teams when required.
  • Ensure integration and connectivity of iALM with other systems.
  • Provide user training on workflows, features, and best practices.
  • Support users in publishing documents and creating templates.
  • Migrate applications to recommended tools and optimize system performance.
  • Review and update user guides on application features and usage.
  • Prepare weekly reports on system issues and resource utilization.
Requirements
  • Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong technical skills in iALM applications, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and other DevSecOps tools.
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
  • At least 2 years' experience in maintaining DevSecOps/ALM applications (e.g. Microfocus/OpenText solutions is an advantage).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a user-centric environment with focus on quality delivery.
  • Ability to work under tight schedules with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player with ability to work independently when required.
