Our client is a fast-growing Startup. They serve over a million users worldwide and are transforming how ecommerce brands manage product data, craft marketing content, and edit visuals using cutting-edge AI technologies. With Fortune 500 clients already onboard, they are reshaping what traditionally took months into workflows that now take days.

As they scale, they're looking for a Lead or Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) who thrives in high-speed, high-impact environments and wants to build across the full product lifecycle—from system architecture and infrastructure to user-facing features.

What You'll Do
  • Build end-to-end features across the full stack (React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, AWS).
  • Lead technical design and system architecture discussions—especially for high-concurrency, data-heavy applications.
  • Collaborate directly with the founders, Head of Product Design, and engineering team to define and drive product direction.
  • Make key decisions in infrastructure, DevOps, and backend scalability.
  • Work in a fast iteration cycle: deploy frequently, test rigorously, and continuously improve based on real user feedback.
  • Set the groundwork for features that don't exist elsewhere—solving first-principle problems and defining a new category for ecommerce tech.

What They're Looking For
  • 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
  • Track record of shipping full-stack products in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Strong backend skills: RESTful API design, async/concurrent jobs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), AWS or GCP experience.
  • Frontend development proficiency: React/TypeScript or similar modern frameworks.
  • Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
  • Prior AI experience not required—but you should be curious and excited about it.
  • Familiarity with software best practices (testing, deployments, CI/CD, OOP, Agile).
  • Strong communication skills and product thinking; ability to empathize with users.
  • UX sensibility and passion for building delightful user experiences.
