About Wetuft

Wetuft is Singapore's leading tufting studio, offering customers the chance to explore their creativity through hands-on tufting experiences. We aim to be a hub for artistic expression, creating memorable and engaging experiences for individuals, families, and corporate teams. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence and drive customer engagement.

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase studio bookings, and foster customer loyalty. The role involves a mix of creative content creation, digital marketing, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning


• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Wetuft's services, events, and products.


• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.


• Plan and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns.

2. Digital Marketing & Content Creation


• Manage Wetuft's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.


• Create visually appealing posts, videos, and stories to showcase customer creations and studio events.


• Monitor social media analytics and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.


• Update and maintain the Wetuft website with fresh content, including blogs, promotions, and booking updates.

3. Customer Engagement & Growth


• Develop email marketing campaigns to promote workshops, special offers, and corporate packages.


• Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and partners to expand Wetuft's visibility.


• Monitor customer feedback and reviews, implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience.

4. Event Marketing & Partnerships


• Coordinate marketing efforts for events, including workshops, corporate team-building sessions, and pop-ups.


• Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to increase outreach.


• Oversee the design and distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and brochures.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting


• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.


• Track KPIs such as bookings, website traffic, and social media engagement.

Requirements


• Qualifications:


• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a creative, retail, or lifestyle business.


• Skills:


• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.


• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and video editing software knowledge.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
