Job Responsibilities:
Admin:
- Provide general administrative support
- Assist in preparing project reports, quotations, and official correspondences.
- Manage office supplies, records, and ensure proper documentation.
- Support HR matters such as attendance, work pass applications, and leave records.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for administrative coordination.
- Assist in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Marcom:
- Manage corporate communications, social media platforms, website content, and marketing materials.
- Produce multiple media for different channels, such as TikTok, wechat, facebook, Linkedin
- Support the preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
- Conduct basic market research to support business development and sales teams.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
- 1 year of marketing or communications experience (B2B or construction industry preferred).
- Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
