Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end implementation and migration projects from SAP BPC (Standard/Embedded) to SAP SAC Planning.

· Design, configure, and deploy planning models, data actions, advanced formulas, and input templates in SAC.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective planning solutions.

· Develop dashboards, reports, and forecasts to support financial and operational planning processes.

· Provide expert-level support for financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles using SAP BPC.

· Integrate SAC Planning with S/4HANA, BW, and third-party systems.

· Optimize planning processes and data models for performance, scalability, and usability.

· Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to project teams.

· Conduct workshops, trainings, and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and internal teams.

· Stay updated on SAP roadmaps and recommend best practices and innovations in the EPM space.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Deep expertise in SAP BPC(Standard, Embedded, and Optimized for S/4HANA)

· Proven experience in SAP SAC Planning – model creation, version management, allocations, data actions, calendar tasks, etc.

· Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

· Experience with S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and Data Integration with SAC.

· Hands-on in designing custom calculations, advanced formulas, and data wrangling in SAC.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

· SAP Certifications in BPC and SAC (preferred but not mandatory).

· Prior experience in handling large enterprise clients and global deployments.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
