Location : Serangoon Garden / East Coast / Great World
Job Scope:
- Welcome customers warmly and assist with appointments, walk-ins, and general inquiries.
- Manage calls, WhatsApp messages, and online bookings professionally.
- Handle front desk tasks including payments, issuing receipts, and daily sales reports.
- Keep the reception and waiting area clean and presentable.
Key Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or receptionist roles, preferably in beauty or wellness.
- Able to use booking systems and POS software for appointments and transactions.
- Candidate will be required to work across three outlets weekly (approx. 2 days per outlet) *Must be okay with it*
