Location: West, North

Working hours: Min 3 weekdays, office hours

Job description:

  • Review patients' prescriptions and medication charts for appropriateness of drugs prescribed and perform interventions on drug-related problems.
  • Dispense medications to patients, explaining the indications and side effects for drug therapy and instructions for administration. Where needed, you will provide drug information to other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent
  • Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good listening, written and communication skills
