Roles & Responsibilities

Position: RPA Bot Developer

Location: near Cashew MRT

Period: 1 year contract

Salary: Up to SGD 5,000/month (based on experience)

Working Hours:

  • Mon – Thurs: 8.30am – 6.00pm
  • Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business process owners to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
  • Redesign and streamline processes using RPA, macros, and other automation tools.
  • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain bots on approved platforms.
  • Create technical documentation, training manuals, and support UAT.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot bot performance, applying fixes and updates when needed.
  • Maintain version control and change management documentation.
  • Support change management and citizen developer training initiatives.
  • Operate and enhance existing Excel macro programs.
  • Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to broader organisational innovation projects as required.
Requirements
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Certified and experienced in RPA development (UiPath, Power Automate, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Macros, QlikSense, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and process mapping/modelling tools.
  • Good programming knowledge for advanced automation, integrations, and debugging.
  • Able to work in fast-paced sprint cycles and deliver production-ready solutions.
