As a Marketing Associate, you will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, contributing your skills and ideas to shape successful marketing campaigns and propel the company's growth in the competitive market landscape. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to promote our products and services to the target audience. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, all aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy. You will also have the opportunity to expand your marketing knowledge, build valuable professional relationships, and make a meaningful impact on the company's marketing endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Content Creation: Develop and curate compelling marketing content for various channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and print materials.
• Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, including planning, implementation, and performance tracking.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through different communication channels, addressing inquiries and gathering feedback as required.
• Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Event Support: Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Brand Management: Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
• Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with RSM, OCET and teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing and event management. Fresh Graduates will be considered given the right attitude and mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• A self-starter with a positive, "we can do it" sort of attitude.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up.
• Strong project and time management skill.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and a passion for marketing and branding.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Must be available to work on selected weeknights and weekends dependent on event schedule.
• Photography and videography skills are a plus.
