Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering / Manufacturing
  • Position Title: Mechanical Draftsman
  • Working Location: Tuas
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 8AM – 5.30PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed mechanical drawings and plans using CAD software based on engineering designs and specifications.
  • Preparation and checking of fabrication drawings, to meet quality requirement, production capability and delivery schedule
  • Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project needs and standards
  • Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to the engineering team during the drafting process.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • ITE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in radiators, air coolers, heat exchangers drafting, etc
  • Knowledge of SolidEdge, Solidworks or AutoCAD is preferred
