About Our Client

Our client is a dynamic and growing organization with a strong presence across the Asia Pacific region. As a trusted partner in the healthcare industry, their regional supply chain team plays a critical role in supporting business growth and ensuring service reliability across diverse markets.

Job Description
  • Lead regional demand planning and/ or supply planning in alignment with global S&OP frameworks and align regional operations with global supply chain strategies.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing inventory performance, improving planning accuracy, managing 3PL and distribution partners and implementing digital tools to enhance visibility and decision-making.
  • Improve forecast accuracy through demand sensing and collaborative planning with commercial, finance and operations teams.
  • Develop and execute inventory strategies to balance service levels, working capital and cost targets.
  • Enforce inventory control practices and ensure compliance with governance policies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in planning, fulfillment and inventory optimization.
  • Evaluate and implement digital tools including AI/ML forecasting and automation platforms.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Supply Chain Manager (Demand/ Supply Planning) should have:

  • 8-10 years of regional or global supply chain experience, preferably in healthcare (pharmaceutical/ medical devices) and/ or FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, O9, Anaplan).
  • Proven expertise in demand/ supply planning, inventory optimization and cost control.
  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, or similar certifications preferred.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
