Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and identify network bottlenecks, DNS failures, and performance issues on user endpoints.
  • Identify connectivity issues and routing problems across distributed office environments.
  • Deploy monthly security patches across user systems.
  • Initiate server patching schedules and maintain deployment logs to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Assess and identify patch dependencies and potential risks; troubleshoot patch deployment failures.
  • Manage endpoint devices to ensure compliance with company data protection policies.
  • Support large-scale migration and upgrade processes from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
  • Perform Active Directory tasks, including account creation, permission adjustments, organizational unit (OU) management, and group policy enforcement.
  • Setup and manage IT equipments to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess infrastructure needs and IT setup requirements.
  • Evaluate hardware capabilities and recommend suitable systems for enterprise deployment.
  • Level 1 technical support at the IT Helpdesk.
  • Real-time troubleshooting and support to Senior IT Executives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Experience with Ivanti and Active Directory is preferred.
