Roles & Responsibilities

Opportunity:

  • To work with one of the well-established international logistics provider. Supporting the billing team in day-to-day operations.
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am-6.30pm)
  • Working Location: Alps Ave

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or higher knowledge in relevant field
  • 2 years' experience
  • Require basic knowledge of computer (e.g. Excel, Words etc.)

Job Scope:

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices in line with company policies and client agreements
  • Maintain up-to-date billing records and client account information
  • Monitor payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies
  • Respond to billing inquiries and assist clients with payment-related issues
  • Generate reports on billing status and support account reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and assist during audits
