2. Team Leadership & Development:


• Lead and mentor project managers and teams.

3. Stakeholder Management:


• Communicate with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders.


• Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

4. Risk & Quality Management:


• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.


• Ensure projects meet quality standards and compliance requirements.

5. Budgeting & Performance Monitoring:


• Oversee project budgets, costs, and timelines.


• Track progress using KPIs and project management tools.
