Head of AI Solutions Design

We're hiring an experienced Head of AI Solutions Design to join a well-established organisation driving digital transformation.

Job Purpose:

Lead AI strategy, solution design, and partnerships to drive innovation across government agencies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with government agencies, aligning AI initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Lead teams in translating business needs into effective, user-focused AI solutions.
  • Oversee project scoping, prioritization, and resource allocation for multiple AI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with industry, academia, and partners to co-develop and trial AI solutions.
  • Monitor AI trends and drive adoption through outreach events, workshops, and roadshows.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with AI expertise.
  • 10+ years in technology and AI, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Strong track record in solution design, project delivery, and team management.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement across government, public sector, or multi-agency projects.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies, data platforms, and emerging innovations across multiple domains.

The successful Head of AI Solutions Design must possess strong leadership, AI expertise, and proven stakeholder management skills.
