Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Event & Exhibition Designer - 3D Max to join our clients dynamic, multi-disciplinary creative team. This role is ideal for a talented individual who thrives on developing innovative, high-impact 3D concepts that bring experiences to life.

Our client specializes in the conceptualization, design, planning, and execution of experiential events and activations—from conferences and creative insight productions to digital broadcasts. With a strong presence across the region and beyond, we've partnered with a diverse range of clients spanning multiple industries and regions.

  • Design and develop cutting-edge 3D visual concepts using 3ds Max for experiential events, exhibitions, and spatial environments that captivate both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Transform creative briefs into compelling, strategic 3D experiences, aligning with client goals, spatial logistics, and brand identity—from ideation to final execution.
  • Serve as a creative bridge between internal teams and clients, translating objectives into visual narratives and presenting design solutions with clarity and impact.
  • Confidently communicate and present concepts using visual storytelling to gain stakeholder alignment and approvals.
  • Lead the entire 3D design process—analyzing briefs, conceptualizing environments, modeling, rendering, and preparing technical documentation—while ensuring build feasibility and design excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions industry or related fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing spatial/event-based 3D work.
  • Advanced skills in 3ds Max for modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and drafting software like AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Strong background in spatial design, storytelling, and visualisation, with an ability to develop realistic and practical 3D environments.
  • Experience producing production-ready renders and technical drawings that translate into real-world fabrication and installation.
