Key Responsibilities

1. AI and Gaming Research

  • Participate in large language model application delivery, and first-authored publications at leading workshops, conferences, or journals.
  • Research on AI in game industry production pipelines.

2. Agent Development

  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of advanced AIGC algorithms to generate compelling and high-quality content. Particularly in optimizing model preference alignment with the specific needs of the modern game industry formal logic abstraction.
  • Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to improve algorithm performance and efficiency.
  • Ideate, develop and compare the performance of agent architectures to maximize model performance or case of use on agentic tasks.

3. Dataset Engineering

  • Assist in designing and implementing subtle prompting strategies and data pipelines,identify and fix edge case behaviors through testing of data generation pipelines.
  • Assist in implement data augmentation strategies and managing data pipelines to ensure high-quality data flow.
  • Assist in developing evaluations of model behaviors across judgement-based domains.

4. Model Deployment

  • Support the deployment of AI models into production environments, helping to ensure their scalability and reliability

Requirements

  1. Singaporean / Singapore PR preferred
  2. Education: Fresh graduates / Master's in Computer Science or related field.
  3. Available for a full-time 3-4 month internship
  4. Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or Rust.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts, particularly LLMs and APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic).
  • Knowledge of PyTorch, LLMs, multimodal systems, and RAG
  • Background in Language Models, Agents, or Multimodal Language Models preferred.
  • Interest in AI and knowledge of game production pipelines preferred.
