Position Overview:

We're looking for a talented Rust Engineer to join the protocol team and help drive the design and development of advanced DeFi primitives on Solana including DLMMs, dynamic vaults, and incentive systems.

You'll work with a high-caliber team of researchers, engineers, and auditors to ship performant and secure smart contracts that shape the future of liquidity and yield in the Solana ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement low-level smart contracts for DLMMs and other DeFi protocols on Solana
  • Work with Anchor framework (or native SDK) to write composable, gas-efficient programs
  • Write comprehensive unit tests, fuzzing, and simulations to ensure correctness and safety
  • Collaborate across teams to bring ideas from concept to deployment, including security reviews
  • Optimize programs for compute limits, account size, and transaction throughput
  • Maintain clean codebases, documentation, and versioning standards


Job requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Rust, with at least 1 year in smart contract or low-level system development
  • Proven experience deploying Solana smart contracts, using Anchor or native SDK
  • Strong understanding of DeFi primitives: AMMs, LP incentives, vault strategies, tokenomics
  • Familiarity with Solana-specific runtime: parallelism, account model, compute constraints
  • Deep testing discipline: unit tests, fuzz testing, simulations
  • High attention to detail—especially regarding security, composability, and performanceThe following would be nice to have:
  • Experience building concentrated liquidity AMMs or protocols like Orca, Raydium, Lifinity
  • Deep optimization skills for Solana compute and storage limits
  • Open-source contributions to Solana or DeFi ecosystems
  • Experience integrating smart contracts with frontends or backends (TypeScript, React, etc.)
  • Knowledge of dynamic yield strategies or rebalancing logic
