Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full domestic helper placement process, from sourcing and candidate selection to interviews, contract preparation, and post-placement client support.
  • Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and other relevant statutory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; handle inquiries and promptly resolve placement-related concerns.
  • Drive business growth by developing and executing strategies that enhance customer experience and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with management to define sales targets and actively work towards surpassing team goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices within the domestic helper sector.

Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a maid agency, with a solid grasp of the end-to-end placement process.
  • CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification is an advantage.
  • Well-versed in MOM guidelines and current industry standards.
  • Willing to travel overseas when required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Able to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
