Junior / Senior Jewellery Advisor
  • Working days & hours: 5days, 44hrs (Rotate shift)
  • Location: Jewel /Takashimaya
  • Salary Package:
  • Basic S$ 2,300 - 2,800
  • + S$ 200 fix allowances + Uncapped commission

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Daily store operation & housekeeping
  • Ensuring daily stock inventory
  • Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards
  • Attending client inquiries and feedback
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Provide product advice and recommendations
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions
  • Assisting client repair request and follow up on the process
  • Daily opening and closing (follow company SOP)
  • Cash counting
  • Opening closing safe box
  • Complete task assigned by manager
  • Doing basic paperwork, filing & excel sales report
  • Daily settlement
