Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative to lead the ideation, planning, and execution of engaging events and creative projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering unique brand experiences, overseeing event logistics, and driving creative campaigns to enhance audience engagement. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:


•Develop and execute creative event concepts that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.


•Manage end-to-end event planning, including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.


•Lead a team of creative professionals and external vendors to produce high-quality visual and experiential content.


•Oversee the development of marketing materials, event branding, and digital content to support event promotion.


•Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners to ensure seamless event delivery.


•Research industry trends and implement innovative event technologies and engagement strategies.


•Monitor event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations.


•Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in event execution.

Requirements:


•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field is not mandatory but preferred.


•Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, creative production, or a similar role.


•Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.


•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


•Proficiency in design software and event management tools.


•A creative mindset with a strong eye for design and branding.


•Experience working in the Singapore market with knowledge of local event regulations and industry networks. Regional experience will be added advantage.


•Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:


•Experience in corporate, lifestyle, or entertainment events.


•Strong network of local vendors, venues, and industry professionals.


•Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies related to event promotion preferred.
