Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

- Report to Project Manager / Site Manager Project for preparation of shop drawings, penetration drawings and co-ordination drawings

- Monitor and coordinate the works with foreman on site

- Handling technical and engineering problems.

- Assist in planning, programing and monitoring of construction work progress

- Liaison with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultant

- Submission of materials for client's approval

Requirements :

- NTC2 or NTC3 Certificates

- Minimum 3 years of local working experience in residential building projects

- BCSS certificate is a must

- Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations

- Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry

- Local fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
