Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description/Responsibilities:

⦁ Able to understand construction drawing.

⦁ AutoCAD proficiency will be a plus point but not compulsory.

⦁ Able to use MS office package.

⦁ Able to understand the need to schedule / planning so as to keep up the master schedule for main con / factory.

⦁ Calculate usage of resources, such as labor hours, materials and tools, and other costs to make comparison with budgets and report prognosis to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.

⦁ Able to handle suppliers, liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects.

⦁ Able to discuss / relate simple technical issue on site or in the meeting with the consultant / main con / M&E etc.

⦁ Support the Engineer in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

⦁ Tracking and updating status of submitted documents.

⦁ Oversees equipment installation works and upholding safety management.

⦁ Coordinate, monitor & execute site activities.

⦁ Assist in preparing the necessary documents for Installation/FAT/T&C.

⦁ Co-ordinate with Site team for site inspections, document progress, and report any issues or deviations to the project management team.

⦁ Any Ad-Hoc duties Assigned.

Requirements:

⦁ Diploma / Degree or relevant certification in Engineering.

⦁ Entry-level candidates welcome; experience is a plus.

⦁ On-the-job training provided.

⦁ High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality and safety.

⦁ Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and performing effectively under pressure.

* Advanced Certificate In Work place Safety & Health (BCSS) an advantage
