Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.Role Summary & PurposeThis senior leadership role is part of Colgates Global Capability Centre, based in Mumbai city which enables the strategic direction and operational excellence of Colgate-Palmolives Analytics, Reporting, Insights, Master Data Management (MDM), and Environment Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives. It drives business transformation by enabling capabilities in data-driven insights, scalable AI & Automation, robust governance, and comprehensive support to global initiatives. This role requires a strategic and integrated partnership with Global Analytics and our Information Technology teams.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy, aligned with business objectives for Analytics Reporting & Insights, MDM and EHS to deliver strategic priorities. Analytics & Reporting: Drive analytics solutions, visualizations, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to support business intelligence needs. Ensure insights are relevant, actionable, and timely for global and regional business units. Master Data Management (MDM) Governance: Execute and support the global data management strategy for divisions across Vendor, Product, Customer and Finance. Implement MDM policies, standards, and governance frameworks. Ensure the integrity, security, and quality of enterprise master data. Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Reporting: Support global EHS initiatives and product sustainability strategy. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in selling countries, employee safety, risk assessment, and sustainability initiatives. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery to internal stakeholders worldwide. Lead a large, diverse, high-performing team within the Global Capability Centre; foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted partner to global business and cross-functional leaders. Drive value, enhance collaboration with business and process owners and elevate business engagement. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive end to end simplification, standardization and digital transformation through RPA, AI/ML and advanced technologies. Emerging Technology: Adopt cutting-edge data platforms, analytics tools, and AI/ML frameworks to maintain competitive advantage. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. People & Leadership Development: Invest in developing people and leadership capabilities within the organization. Mentor, coach, and inspire team members and next-generation leaders, cultivating a high-performance culture.Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Business Administration, or related field. 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Data and Analytics, Reporting & Insights, ,in or across organizations having global presence. Experience leading large and diverse teams, and strong ability to engage with geographically distributed stakeholders. Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and techniques.
