Roles & Responsibilities

A Marine and Offshore Logistics company located at Bukit Batok is currently seeking suitable candidates to join their team as Admin cum Project Executive

Job Scope:


• Assist in phone enquiries.


• Prepare quotations and purchase orders.


• Assist in preparing & distributing reports.


• Assist in coordination with on-site technicians and supervisors.


• Liaise with suppliers for quotation, stock availability and purchases.


• Assist in inventory planning, replenish stock and conduct stock take.


• Assist general administrative duties and any other ad-hoc assignments given e.g printing, filing

Requirements:


• Diploma or equivalent qualification


• 2 years working experience is preferred.


• Must be PC literate.


• Aptitude to acquire new skills, technical and product knowledge


• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.


• Independent, self-motivated, and able to work effectively to meet operation objectives


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Working days and hours:

5.5 Days Work Week

Monday to Friday ( 9.00 am to 5.00 pm )

Saturday ( 9.00 am to 12.00 pm )
