What You'll Do – Your Impact as a Programme Consultant:

As a key member of our admissions and outreach team, you'll play a vital role in helping professionals choose the right postgraduate programmes to advance their careers.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Guide and Inspire Learners: Understand prospective learners' goals, skills, and aspirations to recommend suitable programmes that align with their career path.
  • Deliver Expert Consultation: Provide clear, insightful advice on course content, outcomes, entry requirements, and progression pathways.
  • Support the Enrollment Journey: Assist applicants with admissions, documentation, payment, and orientation support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Engage and Nurture: Build strong, lasting relationships with learners through timely follow-ups and exceptional service throughout their journey with Aventis.
  • Drive Growth: Participate in outreach activities, online and on-site events, and contribute to marketing campaigns to meet enrollment goals.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Aventis professionally and passionately in all interactions—internal and external.

What You'll Bring – Your Strengths:

  • Degree with minimum 3 years sales experience
  • Passion for education and a belief in lifelong learning
  • Confident communicator with excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help people succeed
  • Self-motivation, and a target-driven mindset
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving education landscape

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or education consulting is a plus
