Roles & Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation and cooking of Chinese cuisine / noodles.
  • Exercise good cost and inventory management practices and controls.
  • Able to follow and cook according.
  • Check goods receivable from suppliers and store them accordingly to hygiene and food safety standard.
  • Cook accordingly to correct number of portions for each meal period, without wastage.
  • Keep kitchen area, processing equipment, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized at all times.
  • Ensure safe operations of all equipment and report any faulty equipment to superior immediately.
  • Comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Applicants with 1-2 years of relevant culinary experience.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Able to manage stress well.

OTHER DETAILS

  • Working site: Pulau Bukom
  • 6 days / week, 7am to 4pm
