Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for infrastructure projects including data center upgrades, network expansions, cloud migrations, and hardware deployments.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to infrastructure services.
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, cloud).
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Non camera phone environment.
