Roles & Responsibilities

Position: TCM Physician

Location: Hougang, Singapore

Compensation: Revenue-sharing model (TCM physician may earn up to 70% of consultation fees)

About Us

Oriental Medical Hall is a long-established community TCM clinic located at Hougang Ave 5. Known for our friendly and supportive environment, we are committed to delivering quality Traditional Chinese Medicine services to residents in the neighborhood. As we continue to serve the community under a new generation of management, we are looking for a dedicated TCM physician to join us on a flexible, partnership-based model.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct TCM consultations, assess patient conditions, and provide personalized treatment plans
  • Administer TCM treatments such as acupuncture, tuina, and cupping
  • (Optional) Prescribe Chinese herbal remedies if applicable — dispensary support can be arranged
  • Educate patients on lifestyle and dietary adjustments aligned with TCM principles
  • Maintain accurate patient records and comply with clinic protocols
  • Contribute to the growth and reputation of the clinic through responsible and ethical practice
Requirements
  • TCMPB-registered TCM Practitioner (active status)
  • Must hold valid work rights in Singapore (Citizen, PR, or LTVP+)
  • Strong foundation in TCM theory and clinical practice
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Conversational Mandarin preferred (to explain treatments and herbal usage to patients)
  • Able to work independently with a spirit of community service
