As a core member of our LLM Global DataTeam, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Gain first-handexperience in understanding how to measure and analyze performanceof LLM on variousdimensions.

Responsibilities:

-Evaluate the safety of Large Language Model (LLM)-generatedresponses to a large number of prompts across safetydomains.

- Deliver high-quality safetyevaluation tasks to tight deadlines and with limitedsupervision.

- Contribute to the development ofsafety evaluation question banks and bestpractices.

- Participate in cross-functionalmeetings to critically discuss safety cases and responsestrategies.

- Develop prompts that effectivelytest the model's safety capabilities.

-Occasionally analyze evaluation results and draft reports onfindings.

Qualifications

MinimumQualifications:

- Bachelor's or higher degree,preferably in political science, public policy, journalism,international relations, law, regional studies, or a relatedfield.

- Excellent proficiency in English withoutstanding writing skills and criticalthinking.

- Comfortable working in aproject-based fast-paced environment, where quality standardsiterate quickly with research and experimentprogress.

PreferredQualifications:

- 0-3 years of work experiencein content safety, writing, and text editing is highly valued.Experience as an RLHF annotator for leading AI/LLM companies isstrongly preferred.

- Candidates should beself-driven, intelligent, diligent, andcollaborative.

- A deep interest in LLMs, humanbehavior, and user experience is essential. The ideal candidate isan enthusiastic learner who finds engagement with diverse casestudies stimulating.
