Our Advanced Networks & Sensors business specializes in platform digitalization, advanced connectivity, and cutting-edge manufacturing. You will be a key technology partner to our customers in the MHA sector to thrive on developing the next breakthrough for the security of Singapore. Working closely with the Technical Lead and System Engineer, you will be part of a development team to develop, test and deploy system/network infrastructure as part of an island-wide CCTV project implementation.

Be Part of Our Success

• Lead, plan and drive large scale project that focus on CCTV installation and video analytics islandwide
• Coordinate internal resources and external parties/vendors for flawless execution of assigned projects
• Ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Upfront planning to ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop detailed project plan to monitor, implement and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks. Report and escalate to management when needed
• Manage relationship with customers and relevant stakeholders
• Develop spreadsheets and PowerPoint to document needs and update
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualities We Value

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage
• Proven experiences (at least 5 years) in handling large scale projects in ICIT environment and preferably in CCTV/ Video analytics related project
• Deep understanding in Agile development for software products
• Experience with project management software tools
• Excellent working attitude, problem-solving, critical thinking, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills
• Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in planning, managing, delegating, and coaching
• Self-driven; results- and customer-oriented
• Working location is in Jurong East
• Singaporeans only
