- Strong leadershipskills to manage the ESH team and meet department KPIs.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, SS651, and ISO 14001standards.
- Skilled in conducting riskassessments and EAI assessments.
- Experiencedin leading accident investigations.
- Understanding of the ACTA framework.
- Good planning and organizational skills to manage tasksand resources effectively.
- Strong written andverbal communication skills.
- Passionate aboutworkplace safety and health (WSH).
