What You'll Be Doing:

You'll rotate across three exciting HR pillars to gain a well-rounded experience:

Recruitment
  • Craft and post engaging job listings across major job portals
  • Help draft employment documents like offer letters and contracts
  • Coordinate interviews and liaise with potential candidates
Retraining
  • Propose suitable training courses for team development
  • Collect and compile feedback to assess training effectiveness
  • Work with team leads to evaluate post-training performance and impact
Retention
  • Support in the administration of staff benefits and leave schemes
  • Learn about leave policies and how they align with MOM regulations
  • Assist in preparing leave reports for payroll processing
  • Help organize employee engagement activities (think bonding events, festive celebrations, and CSR initiatives)

Who We're Looking For:
  • Full-time student majoring in HR Management or related disciplines
  • Keen interest and basic knowledge in Recruitment, Retraining & Retention
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Able to commit full-time for at least 4 months
