Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Lead and motivate a team of line leaders and operators to achieve production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise line leaders and operators to meet daily output, quality, productivity and yield targets.
  • Plan and manage manpower, overtime, and consumables to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct daily pass-down meetings and escalate issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to manufacturing processes, safety protocols and workplace discipline.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized production line.
  • Coach and train team members to improve performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize human errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, Production or related fields.
  • Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to implement improvement initiatives.
