About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Operation QC to join our team at Leong Guan. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality control across our manufacturing processes. Based in our Aljunied facility, you will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting thorough inspections and management of production wastages.
  • Conducting quality control checks for manufacturing processes.
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols to meet industry regulations and internal standards
  • Analysing quality data, identifying trends, and recommending corrective actions to improve manufacturing processes
  • Maintaining detailed records and reports to document quality control activities
  • Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality-related best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles, methods, and tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
  • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in quality management or food safety would be an advantage
