EVIA Real Estate is an established property developer and real estate investment manager across residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality in Asia, with a primary focus on Singapore. We are looking for a seasoned Asset Manager to manage our commercial and retail properties in Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will report to a team lead and be part of the Asset Management team. In this role, you will play a critical role in maximizing portfolio value by developing and implementing asset enhancement strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include revenue management, cost control to optimize Net Property Income, and P&L accountability. You will initiate asset enhancement projects, oversee lease negotiations, and manage tenant relationships to elevate customer satisfaction. The role also involves formulating annual budgets, reviewing policies, and contributing to cross-team projects for overall asset portfolio improvement.

Depending on your experience, you may have concurrent exposure to investment management and land acquisition where you will be involved in greenfield development or the acquisition/divestment of core plus or value add assets.

Qualifications

You are a proactive individual with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in asset management, preferably in managing office or retail assets. Familiarity with valuation methods and experience in asset enhancement are highly valued.

Candidates from investment, portfolio management, or leasing backgrounds who are interested in transitioning into full asset management are also welcome. A relevant degree in real estate, architecture or finance is expected. To excel in this role, you should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills.
