Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer (ACMV / Mechanical) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, with hands-on experience in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems, particularly in cleanroom or semiconductor environments. This role will involve overseeing the design, planning, and execution of mechanical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute ACMV/HVAC projects, including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Prepare engineering designs, including detailed drawings, design calculations, and technical specifications.
  • Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement planning.
  • Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues related to ACMV systems.
  • Ensure projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to meet project requirements and timelines.
  • Participate in cleanroom and semiconductor facility projects, ensuring compliance with stringent environmental and technical standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV / HVAC and M&E service and maintenance, particularly in cleanroom or semiconductor environments.
  • Strong knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
  • Good understanding of industry codes, standards, and best practices related to HVAC and cleanroom design.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
