Roles & Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify data requirements and strategic priorities
  • Work with Management Decision Support (MDS) teams to source and integrate relevant datasets from platforms like medical records and surveys
  • Clean, organise, and analyse large datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other tools to track key performance indicators
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data trends and findings
  • Stay updated on healthcare systems such as EPIC and other operational applications to propose solutions that enhance efficiency
  • Take on operational projects and initiatives assigned by senior leadership to deepen understanding of the healthcare landscape

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree level in Data Science/ Analytics/ Healthcare Informatics/ Business or related studies
  • 3 - 4 years of experience working with analytics tools such as SQL, Python, advanced MS Excel, and data visualisation tools
  • Strong ability to extract, clean, and interpret complex datasets with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across teams and functions
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
