Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fenergo FenX Developer with expertise in .NET and Azure to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Lifecycle Management (CLM), Know Your Customer (KYC) functionalities, and experience in implementing and integrating Fenergo FenX solutions to optimize compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Development:

· Plan development activities and provide effort estimates

· Build solutions based on technical specifications and conduct unit testing.

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

· Work with System Analysts to analyse business and system requirements.

· Conduct risk assessments and evaluate existing vs. proposed processes.

· Identify technical constraints and design solutions accordingly.

Testing & Support:

· Support integration testing and user acceptance testing.

· Provide incident support by troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis.

Documentation & Deployment:

· Create and review technical impact analysis, system release, and deployment documents.

· Ensure smooth delivery of Fenergo FenX solutions to meet business objectives.

Mentorship & Escalation Management:

· Guide and coach team members and vendor staff for quality deliverables.

· Escalate challenges and issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

· 5-10 years' experience in software development using .NET technologies (C# .NET).

· Deep expertise in Fenergo FenX, including Project Lifecycle Management (CLM) & Know Your Customer (KYC) functionalities.

· Experience working in the banking or financial sector preferred.

· Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining cloud-native .NET applications on Microsoft Azure.

· Proficiency in Azure Functions, Azure messaging computes.

· Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall & Agile).

· Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable.

· Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor teams.

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
