Roles & Responsibilities

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Prepare and issue the RFQ documents;
  • Ensure that the bidding documents are received within the required time or extend the bidding time as needed;
  • Coordinate responses to supplier clarifications;
  • Organize meetings with bidders and other related parties to negotiate with potentially successful bidders to obtain the best cost options;
  • Conduct commercial evaluation of bids, prepare bid-winning proposals, letters of intent/purchase orders;
  • Update procurement status reports;
  • Establish and maintain supplier relationships, including communicating and negotiating with suppliers;
  • Receive and visit supplier representatives to keep abreast of the latest developments, negotiate price, service, quality or other matters;
  • Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain;

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Basic ability requirements: able to operate various conventional office software proficiently; have good communication and negotiation skills and execution skills; bear hardships and stand hard work, have teamwork spirit, can work overtime at any time,
  • At least 2 years of working experience in commercial procurement management, with experience in Saudi Aramco or Qatar Petroleum project is preferred.
  • Professional ability requirements: Familiar with bidding business related to material procurement and subcontracting, and be able to accurately grasp relevant laws, regulations, policies and regulations.
  • The personnel are competent for the procurement/subcontracting work of offshore oil and gas. engineering projects and Saudi Aramco projects.
