About Our Client

Our client is a leading provider of nationwide fibre network infrastructure, enabling high-speed connectivity for homes, businesses, and service providers.

They are looking for a Contract Manageron a 2-year contract with the possibility to convert to a permanent role.

Job Description

In this role, you'll play a key part in managing the full lifecycle of contracts-from drafting and negotiation to implementation and compliance-ensuring they align with internal policies, legal standards, and business goals.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, maintain strong relationships with external partners, and help mitigate risks associated with contractual obligations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working at the intersection of law, business, and operations.

  • Draft, review, and manage a wide range of contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and service-level agreements.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel and provide support to internal departments on contract-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal policies, and corporate governance standards.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support other legal and administrative tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
  • A degree in Law (admission to the Singapore Bar is not required).
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in contract management or a related legal function.
  • Familiarity with contract management systems and corporate governance tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address key legal and business issues efficiently.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Experience in the Telecom or IT industry is a plus.
