Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and entrepreneurial-minded Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate understands the needs of gamers and youth consumption, develop financial models with keen eyes on managing the product profit and loss through various revenue streams. The perfect candidate must also have a background in entrepreneurship, demonstrating a self-starting mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategies for growth.

Job Description:

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the product, from conceptualization to Go-To-Market (GTM) execution. You will need a strong understanding of the gaming market, a keen sense for new product opportunities, solid research capabilities, and financial modelling skills to ensure the successful launch and profitability of the product within gaming communities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Planning & Design:


• Develop and design the financial product, ensuring it meets the needs of the gaming community, including the benefits scheme as well as establishing the strategic partnerships.


• Research industry trends and align product strategies with gaming market demands.


• Coordinate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to drive product execution.

2. Market Research & Data Analysis:


• Conduct in-depth research on gaming users' spending habits to refine product offerings.


• Analyse industry trends and competitive products to identify unique advantages.


• Use data analytics to optimize user conversion and retention rates.

3. Financial Modelling & Business Optimization:


• Perform financial modelling to assess product revenue, costs, and profitability.


• Research collaboration models and financial institutions to determine the best partnership structures.


• Develop pricing strategies and revenue models to ensure long-term product viability.

4. Product Launch & Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:


• Design and execute product launch plans, including marketing, distribution channels, and user acquisition strategies.


• Collaborate with marketing and community teams to integrate the product into gaming ecosystems.


• Gather user feedback post-launch and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements:

5. Experience in Gaming & Financial Products:


• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in gaming, fintech, or card schemes.


• Strong understanding of gaming markets, user behaviour, and financial services.

6. Data Analysis & Financial Modelling:


• Proficiency in data analysis to drive product optimization and business strategy.


• Experience in financial modelling and revenue forecasting, particularly in card or payment-related products.

7. Product Management Expertise:


• Proven ability to design and launch products from scratch.


• Knowledge of user experience optimization, payment security, and risk control in financial products.

8. Business Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration:


• Experience working with banks, or payment institutions is a plus.


• Strong communication and project management skills to coordinate across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Familiarity with gaming community operations and in-game payment ecosystems.


• Experience in international markets, particularly in Southeast Asia, or Western credit card landscapes.


• Previous experience in fintech, Web3, or gaming payment projects.

Others:


• 1-2 years of working experience in related field


• Strong communication skills across various channels (phone, email, text message, in-person).


• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personality types.


• Commercially astute and able to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment.


• Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Working hours:

Mon to Fri, 11am to 7pm
