Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Business Specialist to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This position will play a critical role in supporting our Multi-Brands Rest of Asia leaders and managers across key areas including merchandising, marketing, e-commerce, and key account management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Reporting & Data Analysis

· Generate regular reports (weekly, monthly, seasonal) covering sales performance and inventory turnover to support business reviews.

· Conduct in-season and post-season analysis to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities for future assortment and buying strategies.

· Consolidate and visualize muti-dimensional data (sales, inventory, discount, etc.) to deliver actionable insights for the planning teams.

· Assist in developing and enhancing report templates, analysis logic and automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

2. Seasonal Buy Process Support

· Leverage data to provide actionable insights that support future buying strategies and optimize assortment decisions.

· Assis buyers in seasonal buy preparation, including historical data consolidation, product performance reviews, and reporting.

3. Inventory & Allocation Data Support

· Support the development and execution of allocation plans including daily stock updates, weekly allocation adjustments base on sales, inventory level and store performance.

· Monitor store capacity and stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management and support replenishment strategies.

· Assist stock management between channels to help improve stock efficiency.

· Ensure smooth transitions of product between seasons, minimizing end of season stock by coordinating MTO strategies.

4. Cross-functional collaboration & Process Optimization

· Collaborate closely with planning, allocation, and supply chain teams by providing timely data and reporting support

· Participate in planning teamwork flow improvement and support Ad Hoc projects as needed.

· Analyze daily inventory and sales trends to assist with allocation decisions and replenishment strategies.

You will be:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in business principles, marketing strategies, and industry-specific knowledge.

· Fresh graduates or early career professionals are welcomed to apply

· Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong in analyzing complex data sets to identify key trends and insights. Experienced in developing innovative solutions to challenging problems, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes, in either corporate or academic context

· Communication and Interpersonal: Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and persuasive interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Adept at building and maintaining strong professional relationships, fostering collaboration and teamwork.

· Technical Proficiency:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:

o Excel: Skilled in data analysis, creating detailed reports, and utilizing advanced functions and formulas to streamline processes.

o Word: Experienced in drafting comprehensive documentation, reports, and business correspondence.

o PowerPoint: Proficient in designing engaging presentations that effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
