Roles & Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage spa appointments and schedules efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries.
  • Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and treatment rooms.
  • Upsell spa services and products to clients.
  • Handle client payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Higher Nitec in Business Administrative, Sales & Marketing or other related field
  • Previous experience as a spa receptionist and/or therapist is preferred.
  • Certification in massage therapy or other relevant spa treatments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Knowledge of spa software and booking systems is a plus.
