Industrial Engineer – Supply Chain Automation

Our client is looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead process improvement and automation initiatives within their supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current supply chain workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies using time studies, value stream mapping and data analytics.
  • Design and implement process improvements and automation solutions (e.g. RPA, WMS automation, data integration) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations and logistics teams to evaluate and deploy technologies that improve supply chain performance.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools to monitor the impact of process changes and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on lean initiatives, process standardization and systems optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain optimization, process improvement or industrial engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma and automation technologies (e.g. RPA, warehouse automation, MES/WMS).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python) and process modeling software (e.g. Visio, AutoCAD or Arena).
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
