(Interior Fit-Out Specialist)
- S$ 3,000 - 6,000
- Location: (Near Expo MRT)
Hours: Mon-Fri: 8:30am - 5:30pm | Alt Sat: 8:30am - 1pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Quantity take-off, Cost estimation, and Budgeting for interior fit-out projects.
- Prepare and submit Tender Documents, including Bill of Quantities (BQ).
- Source and obtain quotes from Subcontractors and Suppliers.
- Manage Cost control, progress Claims, and Final account settlement.
- Administer contracts and process payments.
- Attend Tender interviews and site show-rounds.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior fit-out tenders and projects.
