Roles & Responsibilities

Job responsibilities:


• Coordinate, organise and prepare construction and architectural documents and drawings;


• Submit and update status of drawings and materials, as well as supervise work progress;


• Supervise architectural works, and coordinate with the sub-contractors and clients on matters of building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards;


• Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors.


• Ensure approvals for submitted materials and shop drawings.


• Liaise with sub-contractors on works schedule and ensure works are completed in line with overall schedule and quality.


• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:


• Diploma / Degree in Architecture or relevant field


• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in building or construction projects


• Good knowledge in architectural coordination works


• Good planning skills and proficient in AutoCAD


• Organized, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills


• Able to lead and work independently
